After vaccination what dosage of t 98 drops i have to give to my baby she is 45 days old and her whight is 4.75

My son had his tonsils/adenoids out on Tuesday (08/15/17). He's been doing very well with eating and drinking. Doctor has prescribed the ambrolite 2s and sinarest syrup for my kid 3 times a day(means 8 hrs interval) can i give the medicine dose every 7 hrs from previous dose.
