My 2 years old boy having high fever (101-103) from last.evening 8pm. We had given crocin syrup to him 3 times. Used cold water strip on head and apply the same on leg and other open area of the body to reduce the temperature but the process is not effective. After 2-3 hours he is having again fever with more than 102℃. Please advise

Our baby has oxygen support now and undergoes neonate bilirubin phototherapy. From his first day until now (his fifth day), he is still unfed with breast milk, only from the dextrose. The doctor said that he has infection. Is it safe to feed him with breask milk through mouth? Wouldn't it cause bad effects or other infection? Thank you so much.
