Child Health Issues

Hi doctor, my four year old daughter is have frequent urination and says that she is having burning sensation while urinating. She is having cold as well. Please help us.

My baby is of 2.5.....and before 3 months his vit d level was 14.....after proper doses of vit intake recomended by docter there is no improvement in my baby health...n even again report of vit d level after 3 mnth medication is 11.2...i am so tensed plz tell us now what should we do....the medicines recommended by our docter before was vit d3 400u
