My son suffering from loose motion last 3 days I m giving econorm sachet but result is zero my son is two years old

Missing development milestones like speech and taking stairs. Lacks focus, concentration and doesn't always follow instructions. Need help if there is any deficiency

My daughter has developed body odor since 2 months. Under her arm. It smells really bad. In the internet it says as if it's a big problems. I want to make sure that if I need to show this to doctor. Or is it normal. I dress up always in fully covered t shirt and pants as she has papular urticaria. Is it just because of the humid weather she has the smell underarms. Need to know. Thanks

A 9month female baby also start her teething recently having loose and mucoid stool since 2 to 3 days also stool has a foul smell which was not present earlier.No other problems in eating, breastfeeding and sleeping.
