My son suffering from loose motion last 3 days I m giving econorm sachet but result is zero my son is two years old

Maintain hygiene,stop bottle feeding,give 2 milk feeds using a glass,and 3-4 solid meals,including curds and Banana. Give ors after every loose motion if watery. Should settle down in 3-4 days,if not improving,consult your paediatrician.
