Delayed milestones are NOT due to any deficiency.
Most important would be the birth history,e.g delayed cry at birth or birth trauma.
If the cause is perinatal,nothing much can be done.
Keep in follow up with your paediatrician,he will be able to guide you,specially who has seen her during and after her birth.
