Child Health Issues

My son is 1 year 4 months old..he had been given PCB Booster 2 vaccine(Pneumonia) last friday i:e on 18th August..since then till now he is having fever of not less than 101°F every now and then..even after giving mefanorm as prescribed by doctor.he also developed cough since yesterday.today is 5th day of fever continuing,please help.

We are going to thirta yatra.. So am using Norithisterone tablets.. Is it give any side effects to baby..

Child is having dry whooping cough from past 2 months, visited pediatrician and has been on medication - asthalin and budecort rotacaps from past 2-3 weeks. Cough is not coming down, temporarily it reduces forms day or two but again starts coughing continuously for 1-2 hours with some break in between if given some hot water or cough syrup like amrodyl, however it's been 2 months since the cough has started. Doctors whom we visited including child's pediatrician says that the lung is clear but the problem is that he is prone to allergic cough. Pls help us in finding a solution and also if we should go for further investigations to know if there is any more complications. pls help.
