4months old Baby poop 10 -12 times a day

Dear Dr. My baby 4.5 months.. This pass a week he poop out 10-12 times in a day.. The color of stool is normal yellow with little mucus. Is this normal? How often baby can poops out in a day? Please help me to advise how to stop this is there any issue on this kind of abnormal pooping, please thanks

Please send stool for routine and microscopy test. Baby can pass motions many times a day in earlier days after birth by this age popping frequency should have reduced by now. If it's not then please do above test and show it to your pediatrician for further course of action
