My son is 5months old & he is suffering to cough & cold so please suggest me nebulizer medicine for that

Hi Docter, I am 14 years old female, everything started with a high fever and nose blocked.Fever lasted for only 2 days and vomiting (vomiting sensation after eating food,sometimes vomited) started ,sore throat and unbearable blocked nose, my mucus appeared yellowish. Really what is the issue inside me now? Would I need to consult the doctor?

I'm mss. Khan.second baby for me.19days from the date of born till today.im breastfeeding her.but my milk s watery. Sometimes it's flowing without control,n it's less sometimes.in this situation I thought of giving formula but I having start till.wat can I do doctor.
