My son is suffering loose motion 5-6 times a day. He is 5yrs. What medicine should I gv him

My son is had fever from last three days back..and he is good from yesterday. And we done CBC test, in that report platelets are 92000 and WBC 2600..now my son have no fever and he is active now. So please suggest me that, can i repeat the CBC test again?

If ARV vaccination is given any time( after 2 years after dog bites) before first sign and symptoms of rabies appear after dog bites, is it effective?. I have my sons bitten by dog two years ago and don't know where dog have rabies or not. I donot know whether dog die after bites or not. If he take vaccination, will it be effective for dog bites 2 years ago. I am worrying too much he might have develop symptoms in future.
