Cough , cold , fever , bodyache and weak
My daughter is 13 years old she has cough cold and fever 100.4 from last 3 day She is on medication allegra -500 , calpol- 500m , aziwok-500 She started antibiotic (aziwok-500) today itself per doctor advised but.... she got no releif still she is have body ache ,fever ,cough ,cold and weakness What to do??

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician again.
