My baby is 14 months old. He has fallen down while walking on the  road and his knee is wounded. He did bleed and skin is peeled off little deep. Does he need a tetanus injection?

My 5 yrs daughter is having cough cold and fever with throat cong. Doctor prescribed cough syrup, paraceramol and nebulizer. Also prescribed Advent syrup only if fever cont. after 3 days along with cong. My question- she had the same problem 20 days back and she took Advent forte antibiotic for 7 days. So is it safe to have one more course of advent within 20 days?
