My 4 yrs old daughter has high temperature as 101.2F and vomiting. we met a doctor on yesterday and he suggested medicine as tab Paracetamol 500mg, 1/2--0--1/2
Tab Cetirizine 10 mg, 0--0--1/2
And Eldostal 30 ml drops for vomiting. But not yet body temperature down.

Last 15 days cough syrup, drops and nebulizer with oxygen for one week every thing treated but cough still continue for my Baby age 4 Months old what else can treatment?
