Child Health Issues

My son is vomiting periodically and also feverish since yesterday night. We are traveling in train so not possible to visit doctor.what is the remedy and reason. Thanks

We have went for scanning , as per piroid date pragancy should be 8 weeks, but scanner shows only 5.6 days grouth for baby and still heart beat not came...

But are fruits supposed to be cooked in cooker and given? wont it kill the nutrients of the food? and then to be fed to kid?

My baby is suffering from fever her head is hot she has fever of 104degree. We have given her pacimol drops 10 drops. Her hands are not hot.

Is it healthy for a one year old child to give fruits which are not directly given but steamed in cooker and then fed?

My five month old son has bronchiolitis, makes slight wheezy sounds. He has been coughing since last two weeks. We have been giving nebulisation earlier with levolin and butecort and now wity budecort only as advised by doc. He had this issue two months ago too but without wheeze. This time it seems more prolonged despite him being on nebulisation for so long. How safe is nebulisation for such a long period and also the cough seems the same to me since past 3,4 days. He coughs in night which seems like something collecting in throat and doesn't seem to be improving. Also m concerned if this can cause greater concerns. Doc says its prolonged due to weather change. Pls advise have started ascoril drops today.
