My 12 year old son has a 39.5 fever and complaining about sore legs sore eyes an genuinely feeling unwell should u be worried

My 13 year old son has the flu. At what point do i take him to the er? He has been sleeping all day and has not drank much water.

My baby is 1.6 months ,his is Loose motion about 3 days but not stop loose motion.

I took rabies vaccinces for doubtful exposure in night time but my day3 vaccine govt hospital nurse given on buttocks . day0,day7,day14 are rabipur vaccinces in private hospital my last vaccince day28 took at govt hospital in deltoid region my question is day3 vaccince effective or not. if future exposures these vaccinces protect or not

I am Krishnaswamy,I am Planning to give vaccination for my daughter and she is 45 days Old. So Please give suggestion which one to put for my daughter DTWP(Pentavac) or DTAP(Pentaxim). If i give Pentavac do i need to put IPV injection separately. because in Pentaxim IPV is coverd and HEP B is not covered. So any pediatrician please advice my query.

MY 55days old daughter is having vsd of size 8mm.please suggest if surgery is required.

He is having blocked nose but it gets blocked only while sleeping time. We are giving steam n have also put nasal drops. We were giving montair lc kid syrup on prescription of Doctor for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks it has got blocked again.
