  4. Cough and cold. To change the medicines?

My 1 year daughter is suffering from cold from many days, visited doctor 3-4 time, we are giving her alerts and kofarest. In the day time she will not have any cough but in sleep she will woke up many times and heavy cough will be there. Kindly suggest do I need to change the medicines ?
