I'm giving my son who is 18months old sinarest-AF for cold.is it safe to give him dis medication.im giving him 4ml thrice a day frm last 3days.he is recovering frm dis medication.i just want to know cn I give him dis medication in future too whenever he has cold.

Hi there.. I can understand your concern.. syrup sinarest is for cold and it's safe in toddlers even.. if your baby is around 8-10kgs in weight then you can give 2.5ml thrice daily.. If fever is there then you can give sinarest syrup instead of sinarest AF drops.. consult your paediatrician before using any medications next time for your child as dosage has to be adjusted.. over dosage can affect your baby's liver..
