My son is vomiting periodically and also feverish since yesterday night. We are traveling in train so not possible to visit doctor.what is the remedy and reason. Thanks

Could be bottle feeding, sterilisation of bottles should be done just before feed if you are using Always refrain from bottle. Now give syp p250 3 ml 6 hourly x 2 days, syp ondem 2 ml once / day , syp Cefolac 100 mg 3.5ml twice/ day x 7 days
