Vomiting lactogen
My son is vomiting lactogen frequently even after taking burp and making him sleep in elevated position. we are maintaining a gap of 2 to 3 hours between feeds. He is 1 month old. Not able to breastfeed due to inadequate supply. Please suggest.

Continue breast feeding even if the milk is less. Reduce the amount of top feed and check if he throws up again. Vomiting can be due to over feeding also. Gastro esophageal reflux is another condition in which frequent vomiting is seen. Get the baby checked once by the paediatrician.
