My four year baby diagnose typhoid, fever 102, 103 degree ,doctor suggest admit in hospital but I can't admit , please suggest for diet at home

My daughter is 7 month 12days old and having weight of 8 kg she has dark circles under eyes she sleeps in every 2-3 hours or some times may increase as 4 hours. Also she drinks formula milk 5 times per day around 180ml each time or less and solid food about 2-3 times a day with lots of water. I want to know about her dark circles and her health.

My 1 and half year old son is doing vomiting for 3-4 days. Also, having mild fever today. Please suggest a treatment.

My son is 1 year 4 months old. When I give him boiled egg that day his frequency of urination increase. We did urine routine test. Report is normal. Is it any problem?

My 17 months baby is suffering from high fever 101 from last 4 days today is fifth day. In starting fever comes after 11 hrs but now comes after every 4 hrs. Doctor gave her dolo 250 (2.5 ml) and Hatric -3( 2 ml). Is there any need to start antibiotic or should I wait for one more day?? Pls reply as soon as possible . Urgent. Thanks in advance
