4.5 yr girl child vomits
My girl is 4.5yrs. she is vomiting frm morning . Not so much , but after the first bite she immediately vomits and had very little food. She has mild cold. Any remedy for this vomit to stop

Firstly,give small,light meals more frequently and give syp ondem half hour before meals for vomiting.
Also,add Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day for 3 days.
If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever if required.
If she develops loose motions or becomes dull OR doesn't eat at all,get back to me.
