Child is vomiting everything he eats
Hi, My child is 3 yrs 8 months old and is vomiting everything he is eating since yesterday. He is running a temperature at times but never more than 100. His vomit contains mucus but he doesn't have a running nose. He hasn't discharged stool since yesterday. His weight is 11.5 kg. Will hugely appreciate your consultation.

Dear parents,         Give your kid Syp vomikind one teaspoon ful thrice a day. Syp Zenflox oz one teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days. If temperature give paracetamol 250mg one teaspoon ful thrice a day. Give light diet after half an hour after Syp vomikind.
