Child Health Issues

My 2 month 22 days baby weight is 4.88kgs. His birth weight is 3kgs. He has been suffering from cough since last 2 weeks and is under its medication prescribed by the doctor. Doctor said to improve the weight and i increased diet and drinking lot of water still the result is same. So can i introduce one or two times formula feed.??? Does it improve the weight gain???

My 9 months old baby boy is not eating cerelac or uggu.i consulted docter .he suggested antibiotics but no improvement.he is not swallowing any semi liquid food.what may be the problem.

My son just had put tablet cover foil into his mouth ... I removed it... If he has swolled does it cause any harm... It had happened 3 months back

Baby is 5months old now.From past 2days Baby is havin greenish mucus stools n rarely observing tiny spots of blood.Baby used to pass motions 1-2 times in a day usually,now it is 7-8 times a day. Month before he was passing greenish mucus stools with tiny streaks of blood for almost 3weeks.Doctor had suggested to give "uno biotics"(by cipla) 1/2sachet for 10days.After which baby's stool became normal. Could u plz suggest whether I can giv "uno biotics" for few more days or what else can b done.

It is observed that head part is too hot approximately 37 degrees compared to other parts of the body

How children's growth and development checkup which type of doctor is preferred. Going to children hospital and consulting pediatrics is enough or I have to check for good pediatrics how examines properly and guide us for further care
