Hello My 3 and half years old boy is having loose motions sunce 15 days.. i have consulted three doctors bu of no use. His stool was tested in lab but the reports are normal.. in starting he had pale yellow watery stools the. Aftr two days it stopped again the aftr teo days it has started just water and stinking stool.. now since last two days the stools are still loquid bt only three to four times.. but he is farting stinking smell and today again he has loose motions with normal dark yellow
