Hi kid 2 years old fever from morning . evening risen. Given paracetamol 120 given at 6:00 it got reduced should we continue again same

My 3 month baby has cough since 3 weeks. I took him to doctor twice, both the time they said its due to infection nothing to worry. Prescribed antibiotic once and cough syrup. The course is completed still my baby coughs and has lot of mucus. Does cough takes more time cure in all babies??? Should I take him to doctor once again or should I wait for couple of days??? He has laryngomalacia. Due to change in weather everyone at home got cold. Now all are recovering. Doesnt my baby get rid of cough until everyone at home recover???

Hi,my 1year son who is 8 kg is suffering from cold from 4 days with light runny nose but from morning he vomited for twice nd refusing to eat or drink anything nd even done 2 times motion in liquid State nd suffering from light fever also .he is on wikoryl drops from 2 days...plz help me out...thanks

My baby is on nan pro 1 since birth things are going fine. My friend suggested to go for Lactogen 1 as it is low cost and has almost same ingredients. Can I skip to lactogen? He is 2 month's 15 days old.
