An isolated ecogenic focus in left ventricle during 5th month scan .whether it cause any problems to baby?

My 4 month old kid is having reflux problem since birth. It’s improved now than earlier. But he is suffering due to cough. Voice comes while breathing. He wake up from sleep with uneasiness. We are using nebulization with saline water but problem is still there with kid. Please help out.

Urine culture test was suggested, on 10 may collected the report and doc adviced for mcu and dmsa tests , e- coli bacterial infection, my baby is passing urine properly .
