My 13mo daughter has 102 fever. Weight is around 7kgs. I gave her ibugesic plus after 5 hours of fepanil.is it ok? When can I give next dose and what med to give, fepanil or ibugesic?

My 2 n 1/2 year old daughter poops throughout the day.. 10-12 times day. And this usually happens when she is a bit constipated (haven't pooped in the morning or a day before). If she poops in the morning with enough stool. then she doesn't do it in the day..Otherwise she keeps passing tiny amount of stool after every hour or two. sometimes it's just that much that she stains her underwear. no more than that..She has this problem right from birth.
