My nephew having cold with cough. He is 5 months old . Kindly suggest syrup. We r out of town. N doctor is not available here

I spoke to u on 11 jun regarding my son’s hiccups. our familyDr. prescribed Rantac for 2-3 days. after taking medicine he got well. but today again hiccups started. I m not able to understand the reason. We cant give him medicine so frequently. Plzz advise.

My 2 month 22 days baby weight is 4.88kgs. His birth weight is 3kgs. He has been suffering from cough since last 2 weeks and is under its medication prescribed by the doctor. Doctor said to improve the weight and i increased diet and drinking lot of water still the result is same. So can i introduce one or two times formula feed.??? Does it improve the weight gain???
