Doctor saab i have my child (boy) 30 month old. he urins 15 to 20 times a day what to do

My 10 month son not sleeping continuously in the night and awakes after 2 hours of sleep first. Afterwards he awake every half an hour. Is it normal? If not, what might be the reason and how to solve the issue?

My son is 7 months old now and has stomach infection so is it advisable that I breast feed him or not
