Soap , massage oil n lotion for new born baby 9 days old...suggest mild one

My son is vomiting lactogen when given frequently in gap of 1 to 2 hours as he feels hungry n starts crying. But same is not the case when we give cow milk. He is 1 month old. Not able to breastfeed due to inadequate supply. Can we give both cow milk n lactogen? Please suggest.

How can I identify flat feet at the age of 22 months? Is it too early? My spouse and mother in law, both have flat feet so I want to be sure that baby doesn't have it, even if he does, it can be corrected at the earliest.

This is regarding my maid's son who is 9yrs old. In 2016, while he was playing one day, a concrete structure toppled over him and he had suffered a hairline fracture at his groin. Hello my baby is two months old . Her birth weight is 2.7 kgs within few days it was reduced to 2.3 after one month her weight she only gain 200 gms. She was completely on breast milk. From 15  days i have started giving her formula milk within 10 days she has gained 200 gms . Please suggest which formula milk can be given along with breast milk.  Also to avoid constipation.

My 5.6 year old daughter having fever since yesterday evenings 6 pm suddenly without any symptoms before . Till 8 pm fever was 101 , so gave one dose of 5mal fvergo and spong with notmal water. Fevrr didnt reducr much then at 11, we gave maftel 7ml. At 3.30 am now, she is shivering. What to do. Fevrr still 101 n she is shivering continously .
