What should be the nutrition chart followed for a school going kid such that they get all necessary vitamins,iron ,calcium etc. For strength and proper growth physically and mentally.

Regular home made diet is enough, have regular visit to your Pediatrician, if there r signs of deficiency of any nutrient, doctor will suggest you what to be consumed more often. Otherwise normal home diet is enough.
