According to IAP, swine Flu vaccine is recommended for only high risk children or if there are more no of cases reporting during the season. Flu vaccine changes every year and new vaccine will come in June July before rainy season. 1st year 2 doses are given and every year 1 dose should be given as every year new vaccine will come. So it's not found in some immunization cards and some doctors may include it basing on the swine flu cases recorded in their area. So discuss with your pediatrician and give it.
