What kind of food can I give to my 7 month baby? It will be good if  I get the food chart for the same.

Semi liquid textured food ; whatever is ur own food chart; try n incorporate from that

Give atleast one katori serving at a time. You can start with mashed roti/bread/biscuit/sattu mixed with unsweetened milk, or mashed roti/rice/bread in thick dal with added ghee/oil, or khichdi with added oil/ghee Give 3 to 4 times a day if breastfed and 5times a day if not.

Start with 2tbsp of mashed food - cereals, pulses, dry fruits, ghee, jaggery - all one item at a time, adding more gradually

For a 7 month baby u can start with vegetable or fruit purees ..mashed dal rice..Pulses and rice mix ..with dry fruits powder..sips of water...Diet chart would be as per weight and length of baby individualised ..also please consult your pediatrician for the same..
