What is remedy I can use for my 1and half year baby? He is having throat infection, cough and cold and have some fever as well.

Has had a cold for a couple of days - thick phlegm and blocked nose (not runny). Complained when he woke up this morning about throat ache and ear ache. Seemed mild and has been energetic so far.

I am having 4 months baby and she has taken 2 vaccine of DTP, IPV, HEP-B, HIB and rotavirus for continuously two months.However due to location change my new Doctor has given her the last(3rd) vaccine of another company. like earlier it was ROTASURE and now it is ROTAVAC et.
