My son is an year old and has cough
My son has cough and suffers running nose what is the best medicine I can give him. Also can I give him honey for cough?

You have not mentioned age of your child. If he is above 1 year you can give honey provided the purity is guaranteed. Other thing I would advise is saline drops for nasal block, lot of fluids and rest. If old enough some steam inhalation. That's what is needed for cold and cough without high fever or breathing difficulty.
