I am breastfeeding but swallowed Actinac plus 2hours ago to relive a toothache. Just read that it’s not advisable to breastfeeding mothers. Should I continue breastfeeding my baby or not

My baby is 10 week old and has rashes in creases of arms, legs, neck and armpits. I used candid cream twice a day but it wouldn't go away even after 4 weeks. Rash is reddish initially, skin becomes wrinkly and dry and then it peels off. Rashes I'll again return in the same place. I have been using cotton clothes and keeping baby cool so he wouldn't sweat much. Please advice.
