My baby os 2 and half month he has kafa even after removing everyday still he as it he even coughs after drinking milk what are the home remedies to remove kafa

My son getting fever frequently from last 3 months today we had Widal test it's showing below results. Salmonella typhi O is 1:80 Salmonella typhi H is 1:80 Salmonella paratyphi AH is 1:40 Salmonella paratyphi BH is 1:40 ESR 11 mm/he Is any abnormality in report. Please help on above report. Thanks.

My daughter Omaira, 15 months old got vaccinated (dpt injection) on 8.8.2018 from govt dispensary. After few hours acne started appearing on her face, hands and legs. We consulted a child specialist, he advised that it is either due to mosquito bite or scabbies. He prescribed nupermy and Atarax. I told him that acne started soon after the vaccination but he was not convinced. I am attaching her photos for reference. Kindly advice
