Child Health Issues

My daughter is 3 years and 4 months old but still she cannot create a complete sentence and talk. She can recite rhymes broken and identify and speak objects. She identifies and indicates things by their color. But she cannot talk with complete sentences. What should we do.

I am giving birth a girl on 10/6/18 throgh c section because of high BP and still suffering .We started Farex formula milk for her.but she not take any effort to take my breast milk Cause i dont have enough milk for her. Is there any medication for generate milk Plz suggest. For feed her by breastfeeding

Ten day baby female suffer from a sacral dimple too small like button of the tv remote control. the hospital call me and tell me to bring her to the hospital because alpha feto protein reach a high concentration with 38550nano gm per mel. they make mri for her and the result is that there is no sacral dimple and the bone closed. and no tumor. they didnt know why the afp was high. can you give me the answer.

My son is having cough for last 1month not on regular basis but whenever weather becomes cool or he eats something like curd... For a week his cough remains okk but if hr eat something like icecream it starts again... I give ambroliteD 5ml three times when he have cough and he gets relief... V have changed the city from delhi to bangalore. So a lot of difference in weather . Kindly advice some permanent relief
