Iron deficiency is the commonest cause of anaemia in India,but NOT the only one. Plz get detailed investigation done. Give iron rich diet like eggs,red meats,green leafy vegetables. Deworm him once. White patches have NO relation to anaemia. Consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
