Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, my daughter is 11month old, weight 7.5kg, birth weight 3.01kg, was 7kg at 6month. She is not gaining any weight, giving her 4meals a day with bf on demand. From last 1-2wk rejecting all food, being very tough to feed her. Achieving milestones. My question is what can i give her to put on some weight?? Any health drink kind of. Not started cow's milk.

My daughter get her dpt, opv and MMR vaccination yesterday. After 3 4 hours she can't able to walk due to pain in one leg. She has also got fever. Today evening she is walking but very very slowly and she is having pain in the leg.what can I do
