He is suffering from cough a lot .
Suffering from cold a lot ...due to cough he vomit also ...and he usually get cough very frequently ..within 20days

Your symptoms are suggesting need of nebulization as such post tussive vomits happen due to wheezy chest ..Pls show to your nearest pediatrician and get consulted for the same..Remember such repeated cough is trigger based...So find the trigger what is causing this...Like citrous food , cold drink and beverages , peanut butter , ice creams etc etc

Please give him steam inhalation and saline nasal drops treatment is only symptomatic
If sever cough with vomiting,please show to pediatrician and to decide if nebulisation needed
