1 yr and 4 month baby. Refusing to eat for past 2 months and has frequent gastric with uri issues. Motion normal. Urine less in frequency.

Just wanted to confirm is it advisable to give sinarest syrup in cold and if yes then what dosage should be given and for how many days the medication can be continued?

My 3 month 7 days son has cough since last one month. I took him doctor 4 times and he said its just bronchitis and occured due to infection. Due to weather change everyone at home caught cold and cured for evryone now. But my husband's cough doesnt get cured for around 1 month. Is my baby getting affected by that??? It is difficult to manage the little one all by myself. So my husband manages him most of the times. What precautions can be taken???
