Toddler complaining toes n finger pain
My 4.5yrs daughter is complaining of toes n fingers paining esp under nails since more than 2 months esp at bedtime. No sign of ingrown nails. Consulted pediatrician but no use. She is crying every night. Please help. She is very active child but no memory of any injury was there. Should we consult orthopedic dr as she is complaining toes n fingers both paining can it be any other condition or deficiency? We don't have any hereditary problems as such.

It is very no specific.. I am not sure if all fingers and toes are involved . If so it can't be injury. If it is significant then a evaluation is worthwhile including her blood tests to look for iron deficiency , electrolytes, vitamin D etc
