  4. Fever since 6days. A medication change?

Fever since 6days
My 1ys 10months daughter is having fever since 6days..initially fever was around 104.6 and now it is going till 101 daily. I m giving her ibugesic plus 3.5ml in every 8hrs.Is this ok or i need a medication change?
