Respected sir/mam,my son 2year 10months old suffering from fever i gave p250 referred by our dr. But after 2hrs temp is above 102 can I give meftal syrup...dr.referred but after giving p250 how hours gap should be taken and is it safe to give ...please let me know...thankyou🙏
