  4. Sores on stomach. Could be the reason?

Sores on stomach
My son 1.5yrs  has got some skin sores  types on stomach since 6 days.. attached is the pic. What could be the reason? He eats everything normally. All vaccination done in time..

Use emollient like sebamed lotion ..And pls make sure it is not at other places as well...This is season of HFMD ...So meet local dermatologist if spreads
