My son is 1.5yrs he has fever since today morning. I had given mefthal p (3ml) at 7.30pm. Now(12.44) he has temperature of 101.7.what shall i do. Can i give paracetamol now or mephthal p. What is dosage gap

Meftal P can be given three times in 24hrs and paracetamol 4 times/day. So you can give paracetamol now
