Having fever
Sir I have 2.5y old child . he always suffering for fever.when ever I give some medicine then fever has gone .but after few days again fever has come.
So please suggest me which medicine should keep always with me for fever ...

Paracetamol is always safe

proper measure ment of temperature..if u putting the thermometer in axilla ,keep there for 3minutes atleast.more than 100degree F...do give paracetamol ...proper dose as per weight
