Infants have higher blood supply in uper half of the body... So head is Warmer than other parts so if thermometer is not showing fever then don't worry. Runny nose takes time of approx 10 days after recovering from upper respiratory Tract infection. Don't worry just rule out child is not having any sort of allergy
