Baby of 1 months having high fever
I have given paracetamol drops of 1 year old baby to my 1 month old baby because he was having fever. It reduces for sometime but again increased, please tell me what to do now and what could be the side effects of giving him paracetamol drops?

What dose have u given and what is the weight of baby. What is the temperature. Fever in a month should not be ignored.Better to visit pediatrician.
