Child Health Issues

Hi doctors, My baby girl is 18 months old and she is having cough that is disturbing her sleep. Pls tell a good medications or any indication of food.i used breath - ls for her cough earlier now I want to know the dosage as well as frequency of medication.

Is this little joy nutripowder is good ? can we give to out 2.5 year old son, as it claims to complete the need of nutrients needed for the child.

Age 6 years Weight 20 kg Fever every 6th hour 101 Mild Shivering ( Today 3rd day completed) No other symtoms Using medicine Clamp forte 5ml two times Febrinest fever syrup 6 th hour. 6 hrs playing eating good bt exact 6th hour within 10 min fever upto 101.. Please tell me next step what to do. . Or any blood test... Or any other medicine..

My baby ,who is 15 months old, from few days scratching his bump skin. Even if diaper is off for the whole day, he scratches it . I continue to use the same body wash "the moms co's Natural body wash" AFTER 40 days of birth. On the affected area I sometimes apply diaper rash cream, powder sometimes to keep it dry and see what works. But the problem remains as it is. I am posting pictures of the affected area .

My 6 months old is passing stool 5-6 times a day from past 5 days before that she was passing only once or twice . It's been 15 days since we started her solids little bit but from past 5 days she is passing stools everytime she eats or drinks milk .. little little .. I am watching few pics of different days .

Doctor has prescribed taxim o forte dry syrup for diarrhoea in 7 year old kid. Can that be given for painful stomach followed by loose stools in children? As one of the major side effects of the medicine is diarrhoea and nausea

My daughter is 3 month 16 days old and is having different colour poop through out the day. Sometimes it is light yellow pasty in the morning then mustard seedy and green frothy at times as day passes. Is it normal ?

Does it needed to give thyroid/tvc vaccine again at 2 years and 6 years while it was already given at 9-12 months of age

My daughter  6yr old was 21 kg 1 month back later she had fever loose motion for a week she lost 2kg. Its been 20 days she is fine eating everything nicely still she is not able to gain a weight. Does pediasure help for weight gain. Why her weight is not increasing

My son born with two teeth but later that teeth broke during breast feeding in a natural manner but now he is 12 months old he didn't have any teeth till now
