Child Health Issues

We have a baby boy on 9/11/24, my wife is not Lactating enough to feed the baby. She is taking Shatavari Powder, Lactare capsules and good diet as directed by the gynecologist. The baby is also latching good. But she is not Lactating enough. She tries to Pump breast milk with pump as well. But not enough milk. We are forced to feed the baby with Prenan formula. Please suggest what we can do or which doctor to consult. It's painful to see the baby cry.

My baby is 1mnth old. She a 3.9 kg . Due to frequent motion my baby has redness around anus . Please help to gwt rid of that. Thanks in advance

My kid has fever and chills. The fever goes away after giving paracetamol and comes back after few hours. Sometimes she is shivering. Note: temperature is around 102

Baby is having a cough and phlegm for the past 3 days, we are giving a nebulizer daily 3 times and giving syrup as advised by the doctor. Problem is he is not having anything, if we try to feed him forcefully, he is spitting out. He is having hardly 50ml formula milk 3 times a day. Please advise what can be done in this case. Also please suggest food options which can be soothing.
